Initial situation / Challenge
The project aimed to integrate the operation of the company in a single platform in order to optimize processes and financial reports, the operation and internal control, ensuring the quality of the reports required by the tax regulations of each Latin American country.
Achievments
- Optimal Consulting carried out the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 financial modules implementation, and developed the localization module for each country.
- We were able to successfully implement the tools to simplify their processes, the integration and consolidation of information with the other headquarters, and the implementation of localization in each Latin American country of the accounting modules (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), fixed assets.(FA), EBTAX.
- We provided Post-Implementation Support service for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Applications, during their stabilization, guaranteeing an operational start-up of the solution without setbacks or interruptions in business operations.
